The LTFR Prevention Division reviews plans for all new construction and remodels within our district in order to ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards. Plans for projects in the City of Lakeway or Village of Bee Cave shall be submitted directly to the respective city. Plans for projects in an incorporated area shall be submitted directly to the Lake Travis Fire  Rescue Prevention Office located at 15516 General Williamson Dr.

Prior to submitting plans directly to LTFR, be sure to fill out a Plan Review Application.  

Also note that LTFR charges a fee for most plan reviews and inspections. Refer to our Fee Schedule to determine the appropriate fee. Make all checks payable to “Travis County ESD #6”.
