Plan Reviews
The LTFR Fire Prevention Division reviews plans for all new construction and remodels within our district in order to ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards. Plans for all projects in Travis County ESD No. 6 shall be submitted directly to the Lake Travis Fire Rescue Fire Prevention Division Office located at 15304 Pheasant Lane, Suite 100.
***Please understand that plans are reviewed in the order they are received. Depending on curent workload and complexity of plans submitted, plan reviews may be completed in as few as 10 days, or they may take considerably longer, up to and including 29 days.***
Prior to submitting plans directly to LTFR, be sure to fill out a Plan Review Application.
Also note that LTFR charges a fee for most plan reviews and inspections. Please refer to our Fees for Service.
